Ponencia: Generating Positive Teams: The Butterfly Effect
The era of the lonesome ranger as envisioned in the original thoughts of Piaget is over. In a much more social constructivist era, we acknowledge the fat that working within highly efficient teams results in great achievement, not only within an academic context, but mostly when it comes to creating interdependence at work. A reasonable question might be: What can educators do to foster teamwork in such a way learners or teachers become more accountable? Modelling behaviour and strategic though become essential elements that foster the combination of hard and soft skills to enable people to grow into forming positive teams through a “Butterfly Effect”. The aim of this session is to discuss how simple but well though strategies can help create the 360 vision that practitioners and learners need to interact as agents of change while working with others.
